Our website collects ZERO tracking cookies or other tracking devices. The User Portal is currently down, absolutely no user data is sent to our servers.
The only logging we use is the default, standard and mandatory logging any website requires. That is, IP address, URL, and possibly Country of origin. These are in no way linked to the user or stored alongside their information.
The personal information that is requested from the user is the minimum required to provide them with the service. This may include username, email address, age, among others. Additionally, personal details used for verification and will be discarded instantly.
We do not collect information of anyone under 14. They are free to use our services, but siging in and/or creating an account will be denied. If you suspect your child may be registered with us, please contact us.
When contacting us, be it through email, phone call, written letter, or avian carrier, the user is responsible to not disclose any personal information to us. We will in no way store user's information to prevent a privacy breach. Please be cautious when contacting people and/or companies on the internet. Our support team will NEVER ask for your passwords.
